I am an educator, researcher, and artist interested in power and politics in teaching and learning, privacy and surveillance, and government transparency. As an educator, I've taught individuals and groups of all ages and abilities, in schools, musuems, stages, and libraries. As a multidisciplinary scholar, my work spans many feilds including education, science and technology studies, and surveillance studies.
I earned my doctorate in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University in 2025. I enjoy working collaboratively with co-creators who bring varied experiences and expertise to our work. Currently, I conduct research with Lucy Parsons Labs, where I also design and facilitate FOIA workshops for a range of audiences.
